Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy :
Once a User chooses to avail any service plan/offer announced by ENCORE and agrees to buy that plan/offer by due payment for that plan/offer to ENCORE, such payment by User shall not be refunded by ENCORE under any circumstances whatsoever. Please note that such act of buying ENCORE’s plan is irreversible process under the applicable law. Post receipt of payment from the User for the above-mentioned plan, ENCORE shall create User ID in its system ONLY post successful KYC verification of such User. If the User is unable to get successful KYC done, ENCORE shall not be able to create User ID of such User. Thus, in order to avail ENCORE services on its portal, User has to mandatorily get his successful KYC verification done. Post User Id creation, while availing various services on ENCORE portal, a transactions which have failed for any reason directly attributable to ENCORE and ENCORE has received corresponding confirmation from the payment gateway, will be automatically refunded to User’s bank account within 3-21 working days from the date of transaction and a confirmation mail will be sent to User’s email id registered with ENCORE. Please note that only the actual transaction amount will be refunded excluding payment gateway charges and all applicable taxes. However, for cases where User has received a successful completion confirmation but not received services, User is required to submit a complaint by sending an e-mail to customer care Email ID given on this website. ENCORE shall enquire the matter after receiving the complaint from the User and based on the enquiry ENCORE may refund the payment. In all cases, ENCORE’s liability will be restricted to providing User a valid refund to the extent of corresponding payment received by ENCORE with respect to a particular transaction. ENCORE shall not be responsible for any other claim or consequential liability arising out of failed services on our system. User accepts that this refund policy is subject to all the terms and conditions as stated in the Agreement of the User/business associate/retailer/distributor with ENCORE.

Please read the policy, conditions and process carefully as they contain important information and guidelines for customers & merchants of Encore Digitech Private Limited (“Encore Digitech/We”) on refund and cancellations. Encore Digitech may amend this process from time to time which shall be updated on its website https://encodigi.net.in/. We make every effort to service the order/s placed with us as per the specifications and timelines mentioned. If due to any reason, unavoidable circumstances or beyond the limitations of Encore Digitech the order is not deployed then the order will be cancelled and refunded subject to the below terms:

Note:
Please do not accept installation of any terminal which is damaged or defective/not working at the time of installation. However once the terminal is installed in working condition no refunds/cancellations will be entertained.

An order may be cancelled before deployment due to any of the following reasons:
The specific product/model is out of stock On merchants request; or Any other reason beyond the control of Encore Digitech.

Conditions to refund/cancellation:

Following conditions must be satisfied for Encore Digitech to consider request for refund/cancellation:
The refund shall be processed only after the product/PoS along with the accessories is received to the satisfaction of Encore Digitech; Any charges levied as tax are not eligible for refund; and Merchant shall ensure all outstanding payable to Encore Digitech are fully paid. Order Cancellation & Refund Process (Pre-Deployment Refund Policy):

The customer service team of Encore Digitech will validate the request by checking the timelines, product type, payment received etc and then shall take the request for refund or exchange. Order Cancellation & Refund Process (Post-Deployment Refund Policy):

Please connect with our customer care at ops@edpl.info via email . The Merchant should always register the request on customer support and should always carry the request number/case id. The customer service team of Encore Digitech will validate the request by checking the timelines, product type, payment received, product received etc and then shall take the request for refund or exchange. The amount of refund to be made will vary depending on product type, deployment stage, payments, advances etc and shall be in line with the Encore Digitech process.
Note:
Terminal should be returned in working condition and without any breakage/defect as established by Encore Digitech team. If any defect is found, the merchant has to bear the charges of the particular part/ terminal.
Exclusion:
A refund/cancellation can be refused if the following conditions are met:
The services already taken; The product is completely broken and unusable or with scratches or incomplete as per the seller claims from the customer; or There are outstanding on the merchants account which have not been paid.
Note:
On cancellation of an order, post completion of internal checks Encore Digitech shall endeavour to process your refund within 30 working days. Encore Digitech is not liable to pay any penalty or compensation to the customer for cancellation of any order under any circumstances. We will process the refund after receipt of the product by Encore Digitech. Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment of the order Refund processed through Credit card / Debit card will reflect in the next Credit Card / Bank statement. Refund Cheque will be issued in the billing name unless otherwise advised by customers. In case the refund Cheque is lost by the customer, Cheque will be reissued in 15 working days on the receipt of the affidavit. In case of incorrect name on the refund Cheque, a new Cheque will be reissued in 15 working days on the receipt of original Cheque from the customer.
